This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I have been trying to get a response from this company for months, and despite sending more than 20,000 emails to their complaint and support teams, I have not received a single meaningful reply. Not even a basic acknowledgment or explanation. It feels like customers are completely ignored once an issue arises. The lack of communication is unacceptable. When a company fails to respond for such a long time, it shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for its users. Problems can happen, but ignoring customers is not a solution. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful before using this service. If something goes wrong, do not expect timely support or any resolution. Based on my experience, you may be left without answers for months. This situation needs urgent attention, and the company should take responsibility for improving its customer support and communication. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. Insufficient Bybit Support and Arbitrary Compliance Reviews
I've been using Bybit Global for years. Suddenly, they've frozen my account for compliance review. It's been almost one week even though the review deepnote says it may take 48 hours to complete. My account still frozen, no action was taken. Their live support, email support system don't really help for anything, only prepared auto-generated responses. They can "arbitrarily" freeze your account and don't tell you the reason or how long it will take. I advise people to use more trust-worthy platforms with better support system.

Be aware from this platform and website hundrends and thousand reviews about restricting unauthorized of users with any information and proofs “with fake reason compliance and aml” but no request or proof of any of them, they just steal moneys from users and just robots tell “reviewing compliance team bla-bla, here is just template reviews from bot on support and email too. BE aware, 36 days of ignore and steal money - its no one normal company dont do this like this “ended company” binance or any other platform better than them. I’m sending emails to them 30x times around 36! days - they only auto reply “wait compliance team reviewing. TOTALY SCAM! i hope your company ends soon) like you steal money from peoples. This is extremely unprofessional and alarming behavior for a crypto exchange. I strongly do not recommend storing large amounts on Bybit. In my opinion, this platform operates in a highly non-transparent way and shows serious red flags.

I immediately wrote to them and asked what was going on and what was needed from me. They didn't request any documents and told me to wait 30 days! I was shocked, but I waited patiently. Today is May 11th, support is not responding to emails, and my account is still frozen. My funds remain locked as well, and my desire to use this exchange has dropped to zero. A complaint has already been filed with the CMA.
