One month, zero response - funds still inaccessible

My account (UID: 23763786) has been frozen. It has been over a month since I first contacted support, and I have yet to receive any meaningful response.
I currently have 5,620.54 USD held on the account. I am not attempting to avoid any verification procedures, I am actively willing to provide whatever documentation or information is needed.
What I need to understand at this point:
1. The specific reason my account was restricted
2. Exactly what is required from me to resolve it (documents, verification steps, etc.)
3. A realistic timeframe for when this will be lifted
4. How i can get money back now?
A month without a substantive reply is not acceptable when funds of this size are inaccessible. If this remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate through external channels, including regulatory complaint bodies.
I am hoping for a professional and timely resolution.

My account has been frozen since 11 April. My account is verified and all transactions have profs. The support team does not provide any information. Basically they can literally steal your assets without any explanation. I recommend to avoid this exchange.

My account has been under compliance review since April 10, 2026. It has now been 30 days with zero communication from the compliance team. No documents were requested, no explanation was provided, and no timeline was given.
My Bybit Card transactions are also being rejected by the Risk System. I am fully KYC-verified as a citizen of Azerbaijan and willing to provide any documentation needed.
I request: (1) a clear reason for the restriction, (2) a specific list of required documents if any, (3) a concrete resolution timeline.
If this is not resolved within 7 days, I will file complaints with VARA (Dubai), FMA Austria, and submit a GDPR Subject Access Request to Bybit's Data Protection Officer

I am writing in response to an email I received on May 6, 2026, regarding restrictions imposed on my account, specifically regarding withdrawals and trading activities.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with these restrictions without prior notice and the justification for such harsh measures against people who make a living working on cryptocurrency exchanges. It is simply unacceptable to leave people without tools for work and without a living (more than $50,000 is frozen). As a VIP client, I am very dissatisfied that the VIP manager, who is supposed to be supportive and strive to resolve all issues, has turned out to be a mere information broker who, in fact, fails to address VIP client issues (which fundamentally calls this status into question).
The support team only responds to all questions with boilerplate answers about the verification timeframe and the justification for such actions. It's impossible to obtain any specific information at all, only boilerplate answers and nothing more. This is simply appalling.
I request the relevant team to provide clarification on this matter so that I can promptly provide the necessary information or documentation to assist in resolving it. I would greatly appreciate your urgent intervention and assistance in resolving this ongoing issue, as delays could lead to unjustified financial consequences.

Bybit feels more like a casino than a real crypto exchange. I registered to try the platform and use their welcome deposit bonus, but the whole experience was terrible. First of all, reaching customer support is almost impossible; it’s hidden behind endless AI replies that are not helpful at all.
When I finally contacted support, they could not clearly explain the issue. They accused me of “multi-accounting” even though this is my first and only account, and I never violated any rules. Their answers were vague and unprofessional.
Honestly, it feels like they are just looking for excuses to block users and keep their money. I would not recommend dealing with this platform.

My account has been frozen since May 6, 2026 with $24,000 USD
held. I have completed full KYC verification. My funds have a
fully documented, clean origin — this is my salary received
in crypto.
I have contacted support multiple times. Every ticket receives
a template response and is closed without resolution. At no
point has the compliance team requested any additional
documents or information from me.
I am not asking for account restoration. I am asking only
for authorisation to withdraw my funds to an external wallet.
I am one of hundreds of users whose accounts were frozen
simultaneously in early 2026 with no explanation and no
end date given. This is not an individual compliance review
— this appears to be a systemic issue.
Formal complaints have been filed with UAE CMA, VARA,
AFSA Kazakhstan, and CySEC Cyprus.
Can a compliance officer please review this case and either
request the necessary documentation or authorise withdrawal
of my funds?
upd: The operators are writing the same replies to everyone. Either this is some kind of prank, or the exchange will soon close and our money will disappear, like with FTX. I'm scared that no complaint to any authority will help me get my money back.
