The new login system with mandatory 3 factor auth using face recognition is horrendous! I want to use my browser but it forces you to install and use the mobile app but then still it fails to log you in on your PC with some generic error message. And you have to repeat all the complete crazy login steps all over and over again but still it only lets you login on the mobile app - if you're lucky. And there's no setting to turn off this idiotic login. Listen, I'm a pro trader since 10 years, you don't need to educate and force me to this! I've just stopped using Binance at all because this is getting ridiculus, preventing you from login into your own account even though you've provided all details correctly.

The client’s account was frozen following a Tether (USDT) transaction. The transaction was conducted through a private cash arrangement via a third party driver. The client has fully cooperated with Binance support and provided all available information regarding the transaction. My account was frozen due to a transaction of just $25 that happened 6 months ago. At the same time, only withdrawals were restricted I was still allowed to trade futures. It’s pretty obvious what this pushes users to do when they can’t withdraw their funds and receive no clear response from support for months. I waited almost 9 months for a resolution. During this time, I received no transparent explanations and no clear timelines for unfreezing my account. And today, I finally received an email stating that my account is fully blocked, with a suggestion to simply withdraw my funds. I would also like to point out that this does not seem to be an isolated case there are many similar user experiences shared online, including on YouTube. I find this practice extremely questionable: first freezing accounts without clear reasons or timelines, then long periods of silence, and eventually a full account block. Very disappointed with the way customers are treated. If you’re considering using this platform, be aware that situations like this can happen. Now I’m being offered the option to file an appeal, but I will probably refrain from doing so and will continue using other exchanges and I would advise others to do the same.
One star is generous. Missing refund and zero meaningful support. If something goes wrong, don’t expect it to be fixed. UPDATE: I have tried so many times with their team but they kept rejecting my submissions. I will never use this app again and also advise that you don't trust them even with a small amount of your money because you'll end up losing it like the 90%+ negative reviews you see here. Don't trust them, don't use them, warn others however you can.

Everytime I receive only message "please wait" with few words without ETA. Even I asked the ticket number for creating Notice of Claim - the support can't answer. So please unfreeze my funds. Limited spot order webpage is designed in such a way to replace your "amount" in the order with 100% of your wallet amount in case you press on the order book price to update to the current market price. Their website is not safe, I've been hacked on it and I contacted binance support which they cannot help themselves... my money is gone. When I try to login to it, the site asking me to confirm too many ways but a hacker walks in takes my money from their Database from their website and walks out... When I contacted them, I heard only sorry only sorry nothing but sorry that's it and they told me to go to police!!! What a joke...
Had a very negative experience with Binance. My funds were temporarily locked without a clear explanation, and getting help from support was extremely difficult. Responses were vague and repetitive. This kind of situation really affects trust.

Binance is a base for anyone who deals with crypto. The liquidity is huge, you can buy or sell anything quickly, listings from good projects. But unfortunately, the P2P section has been restricted in my region and I can no longer exchange crypto for fiat. I also don't like the overloaded interface — it's really scary for a beginner for the first time, there are too many tabs and buttons, you can get lost when you need to find a certain section. Support does not always respond quickly.
