this app is useless for me. Cannot login in my account though i have everything. password give it says complete this 3 verifications but after completing it it just says do that again. Isn't that very nice? so it is really frustrating.

"This platform freezes its customers' accounts based on requests from foreign government entities outside the customer's own country—such as in favor of Israel or for personal interests. It scrutinizes transactions and accounts so rigorously that it surpasses local banks, forgetting that it is a cryptocurrency platform and that the core principle of crypto is decentralization. Furthermore, it hands over Arab users' data to foreign entities on a silver platter—including customer logs, transaction histories, and even their active presence—sometimes without the foreign entity even requesting it. Additionally, they will freeze your account if you send a transaction to someone who later interacts with suspicious addresses; you end up bearing the punishment too. Decentralization has gone to the trash. There is no privacy, no security, no prior warning—nothing."

Unprofessional P2P Support Experience During Cyber-Related Dispute
I am sharing my experience regarding the dispute handling process of Binance P2P support involving Indian cyber-related transaction complaints. Related references: * Case ID: 161832101 * Case ID: 160558922 For more than two weeks, I continuously cooperated with support and provided: * UTR details, * banking proofs, * screenshots, * self-transfer records, * and cyber-related references connected with the dispute. Despite providing every possible evidence multiple times, the support process became highly inconsistent, delayed, and extremely stressful. Major concerns: 1. Previous chats were automatically closed without proper resolution and without confirming whether I had received the disputed amount. 2. I repeatedly requested refund/recovery of approximately $40 connected with the dispute, but support kept refusing without giving transparent written policy justification. 3. Different support agents gave contradictory replies regarding account restrictions and internal procedures. 4. Restrictions on the counterparty account were reportedly removed without prior notice to me. 5. Support representatives repeatedly demanded internal bank email evidence despite being informed multiple times that Indian banks generally do not include customers in cyber cell internal communications. 6. Some representatives appeared to lack proper understanding of Indian banking systems, cyber cell procedures, lien processes, and dispute coordination mechanisms. 7. When I requested written internal rules governing such actions, support first claimed those rules were publicly available, but later refused to provide them. This experience has caused financial stress, mental harassment, and complete lack of confidence in the dispute resolution system. As an Indian user, I believe financial transaction platforms operating in India should maintain stronger accountability, transparency, and grievance handling standards under: * Consumer Protection Act, 2019 * Information Technology Act, 2000 * IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 Due to the handling of this matter, I am now considering escalation before multiple Indian authorities and legal forums, including: * Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), * Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) cyber and financial crime authorities, * Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C), * National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, * PMO Public Grievance Portal, * Consumer Court / e-Daakhil platform, * RBI Ombudsman (where banking freezes and lien-related issues are involved), * State Cyber Cell authorities, * and Google Play policy enforcement mechanisms. I am also considering: * sending a formal legal notice, * filing a Consumer Court complaint for deficiency in service and mental harassment, * submitting a Play Store policy complaint regarding platform safety and grievance handling, * and filing cyber escalation complaints with all supporting evidence and applicable Indian legal provisions. I hope Binance improves: * victim protection systems, * transparency, * escalation handling, * support staff training, * and cooperation standards for Indian cyber-related disputes.

I have been using Binance for many years with a fully verified account and substantial trading activity without issues. Recently, after making a large deposit and attempting to sell and withdraw my USDT, Binance suddenly suspended my withdrawal function with the message: “[RW00142] Your account may be at risk. In order to keep your funds safe, withdrawals have been temporarily disabled.” No prior warning. No meaningful explanation. No transparency. Support only repeats generic “risk control” responses while providing no clear evidence, no specific violation, and no reasonable timeline for resolution. What makes this worse is that this is clearly NOT an isolated incident. Many other verified Binance users publicly report the exact same RW00142 restriction, frozen withdrawals, endless “under review” responses, and support delays lasting weeks or even months. () The biggest issue is not even compliance reviews themselves — every exchange has AML obligations. The real problem is: opaque enforcement, lack of procedural transparency, vague accusations, constantly changing timelines, and support systems that provide little meaningful accountability. Binance allows deposits normally, but suddenly restricts withdrawals only after funds are inside the platform. That creates a terrible user experience and destroys trust. After years of loyalty and verified usage, being treated like a potential criminal without proper explanation or due process is unacceptable. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in keeping substantial funds on centralized exchanges. My advice to users: Never rely entirely on any centralized exchange for custody, regardless of reputation. Many users only discover the risks when trying to withdraw their own money. I am filing a formal complaint against Binance for wrongfully disqualifying my account (UID: 83493474) and withholding my rightful rewards from the recent Gold Rush promotional event. I fully participated in the campaign, successfully completing the required trading tasks to earn spins and win the crypto airdrop rewards. However, when it came time for distribution, Binance retroactively disqualified my account, citing vague "risk control" violations without providing any specific evidence. Furthermore, a friend who participated and completed the same requirements was also unfairly disqualified under the exact same blanket excuse. This appears to be a bait-and-switch tactic used to drive trading volume and user engagement without honoring the promised token vouchers. I have not violated any promotional rules, and withholding these rewards after the requirements were met is unacceptable. I request that a human compliance officer manually review my participation in the Gold Rush event, remove the unwarranted risk flags on my account, and credit the earned airdrop rewards to my account. orders execution is not the same setup as on binance. for example: I create a short on binance itself and want to close order in tradingview, it's simply buys the amount and creates a long instead of closing the short position. in addition: orders done in binance can't be modified in TW

First off, truspilot removed my review today so I’m writing it again. Binance banned me and is deactivating my account for being born American. Even though I’ve lived in uk since being a child. I can vote in uk and have had kids here in the uk. I was allowed to set up the account and have had it for years. “Regulation” this or that. If you want to trade crypto because you like what it is and governments not being allowed to trap your assets, then avoid binance. They “investigated” my issue with no proofs required by me, they loop back around and say after review they’re deactivating my account. Essentially what’s happened is, America has dictated terms to binance, and now binance are dictating terms to users, taking the point out of what crypto stands for. Avoid them. They don’t care about private users, just government compliance. It will be their end. Just avoid. This is a huge flaw in the idea for their existence. Sellouts.

After 2 years, they closed my account overnight without telling me why (and they can't). This is so unprofessional.
